At the Pearl at Kruse Way Rehabilitation in Lake Oswego, residents have access to medical, nutritional and social services. They may select their own attending physician or request our medical director to monitor their stay. Our licensed nurses coordinate residents' care and accommodate their needs.

The Pearl's dining room is a great place to socialize and offers a wonderful dining experience to residents and their guests. 

Physical, occupational and speech therapy is offered to residents at the Pearl based on their individual needs.
